"No order after months."

Placed an order in the beginning of April, emailed, called, messaged on social media - no order, no refund and no reply and its now June. They can still post on Facebook, though!

Very disappointed as have used them before and the item is for an infant.

Do not recommend.

This company seriously need to improve their customer service and supply issues (ironic given its name). Over a month without order as per most the rest of the reviews on trustpilot and google. If it is not in stock they should put is as preorder or communicate after order to offer a cancellation. No idea how this company can continue to trade in this way.

Never had an issue with them so I can’t speak for their customer service. However. Easy to find the product I wanted. Easy order and payment. Prompt delivery. Can’t ask for more than that.

Edit - after going back and forwards with emails in which they told us it was because they were shut & out of order of stock as to why we have not received our items ( our order was placed way before they were shut or even put out a message to say they were shutting) they have since said it will arrive on Wednesday… bet you can guess what HASN'T ARRIVED!

Still waiting for my order, a reply and for someone to pick up the phone! Absolutely awful communication and for what you supply you should have the most fantastic customer service as we are now out of stock on these items having ordered way in advance!
