I ordered the commercial tunnel and it was delivered the next week just as promised. Very efficient. There were 3 bits missing but as soon as made NP ware of this they sprang into action and the missing bits should be with us soon I hope.

"Very informative and helpful"

The staff where extremly helpful and knowledgeable. The installation crew however took that to a whole new level, thier can do attitude and ability to get on with the job was tremendous.
We have had the polytunnel now for 2 years and it has been exposed to the worst that the Northumbrian weather can throw at it " bieng in an exposed position to the westerly winds". It has stood up remarkably well .My advice to anyone thinking of buying one is to go for the roll up sides, this enables you to ventilate much better and I have also been able to attach guttering , collecting the rain water in 1000litre containers and so far I have been self sufficient for water.

hey dude just bought this new polytunnel to go over my koi pond the fish love it because it stops all the draughts. The guy i spoke to ,Matthew was totally cool nothing was a bother even the guy that delivered it carried it to the pond for me,telesales infact the whole experience was hassle free ,if you want one for yourself i'd totally reccommend them cheers edd.

The brackets I ordered were strong, well galvanised and fit for purpose. Staff I spoke to were very helpful and my order arrived within a few days and was well packaged, especially the new skin for my tunnel. I would have no hesitation in using your company again.

We've found the polytunnel frame easy to erect. There was one missing bracket but Northern sent the part through and we got it next day. Unfortunately the weather's turned on us and we're having to wait for warmer weather and some volunteer help to get the cover on.
