Though I haven't put the polytunnel up yet, delivery was spot on. Assuming all the bits are there, they look pretty top notch to me.

Our first polytunnel is going strong after 4 years, it survived all the fierce storms we had in the NE that took out trees and flattened forestry plantations so would totally recommend the polytunnels. Recently ordered plastic and other accessories for a second poly, good price, service and products.

"Easier than expected"

The whole experience with Northern Polytunnels was a pleasure from start to finish. Our order arrived within two days and the clear labelling on all of the packages and bundles made it simple to get started.

Despite the appalling spring weather we managed to construct the polytunnel following the printed instructions supplied and with occasional references to the full construction video on You Tube. We've never attempted anything like this before and we were rather worried, but it came together more easily than we expected. Any difficulties we encountered were due to our specific ground conditions for anchoring and the horizontal hailstones in howling gales. Any woodwork needed was simple, just measuring, sawing, nailing and drilling. We didn't even have to phone for further advice, but it was comforting knowing that it was available if required. I now have a cosy polytunnel in which I can hide from the weather and get on with my planting.

"Overly priced and incompetent"

Bought 32mm extention bars. Was charged for 2 lots of delivery as 1 order had not went through on there system but i was charged for the shipment of a part i never even recieved, when i complained to then i was told in a very passive aggressive way that they can also charge me a "restocking" fee for recieving the parts back, again i never recieved these parts so i dont see i was charged a delivery fee for a product i never wanted or recieved. Also they are not 32mm i had to buy a grinder to grind them to the correct size as there is a thick bevel on the inside so nothing fits inside. Was a night mare from the start over priced and too much messing about.
