Slightly let down by delivery agent. That aside, a good experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Northern Polytunnels to anyone.

"Poor communication and service"
Poor communication. When ordering it stated 24-48 hour delivery, a week later we had still not received and heard nothing from the company. When I called to ask I was informed they were waiting for parts which were currently out of stock. After I explained there was no mention of this on the website's product page, no phone call or email, I was told maybe it's gone to spam, which it had not. I was then told it would be a week until dispatch. I called again a week later to find out if it was being dispatched as I had no update or communication from the company. After double-checking it was confirmed it would be dispatched the following day (a Friday) for delivery on Monday, over 2 weeks after ordering. It was delivered today, we put this up immediately and although the product looks good and sturdy, we were disappointed to find the Gable End we also ordered has not been delivered, so again we are waiting for an update and another delivery. Simple communication - calling or emailing a customer to provide an update would have improved our experience.

I purchased some repair tape and a couple of crop bars to retrofit. There was an IT issue with the Black Friday discount not being applied and the delivery charge was incorrect but it was all sorted out very quickly with no fuss or quibble. I'm very happy with Northern Polytunnels and can recommend them for quality and service.
