I ordered a standard 0 - 1800 CR RBG package on 29/12/2020.

At first, the support was super helpful, they helped me pick the package, told me they can only start tomorrow (which I was fine with). Tomorrow came and at around midday I reached out to find out if there is a scheduled time yet that the boosters will start.

This is when the first set of excuses came in. Apparently the boosters have all left to celebrate new years and will only be back after the 1st of January 2021. Cool, a bit weird that you told me you'll start today and then tell me your staff went on holiday (shouldn't these things be planned in advance?). Anyway, I can wait 2 days. I said "no problem".

The 1st of January came and passed. I haven't heard from them. 3rd of January I reach out again to their support, I get told they will be online today (3rd) and will assist me later. I hear nothing, again. I reach out again, I get told they will be available on 06/01/2021 at 18:00 CET. Cool, bit annoyed, but I make sure to be home and online at that specific time. 18:00 comes and passes, an hour later I decide to contact support again stating that I got no in-game invite or anything.

They come back stating that arena and RBG's does not currently work ingame. I send them a screenshot of me in an arena at that very time... there is no report of arena's not working on that day.

From here on, everyday is just a new excuse, these people are professional scammers and have a myriad of excuses lined up. Today 13 January 2021, I still have not received any indication that the money I paid will be refunded or that I will actually get the service I paid for. It seems to be a common thing looking at reviews that these people just delay and delay till you eventually just give up.
