I chose to refund instead of paying the increase and they refunded me promptly. Would certainly use their service in the future with a price guarantee before submitting my purchase order.

"First Time By Cakeboost"

First Time ever that i´ve ordered a boost from cakeboost and i´m not sure jet if there will be a second time.
My Order was a Rated Arena boost from 1.8k to 2.1k which was purchased on Sunday 03.01.2020, This was my first order from Cakeboost and i´ve put all my trust in them by purchasing a boost for 121.64 Euro and giving them my account´s information. They have a nice and beautiful Guarantees Page that says they are doing this for 5 years and talks about their excellent services and professional team.
I Chose my order with Express Option, the service wrote to me that if i pay more for EXpress option, they will do my order "before" weekly reset which is today 06.01.2020. Here comes the thing, They still haven´t done anything. i wrote to their support in discord again and asked if there is something wrong. They answered this :
"yes, sorry, it is because of high demand :frowning: sorry fr the delay, boosters are trying to finish their orders asap"
I feel a bit tbh scammed here, i´m not receiving what i´ve paid for.
This is what can happen when you buy a boost from cakeboost:
1. You can´t "really" count on what they are saying, they told me, they will finish the boost before weekly reset and they didn´t.
2. The people in support are nice and friendly, "but" They didn´t told me that my boost will get delayed.
I mean i was the one who had to keep asking the support if they want to start, when they want to start, and why my order isn´t done jet.
Guarantees page says "As you complete your purchase operators will immediately place and inform you about the progress."
In my case, they did not.
Right now i´m still waiting for my order to be done and they are not telling me when. I´m going to wait for another 2-3 days and see if they are going to take any action. I will update this. My Rate can go higher or lower depending on the upcomming days.

Edit: a few hours after this review, They logged into my account while i was playing with my character in the Maw. It took around a bit more than 2 hours for them to be done. Than I logged back and noticed, I have lost around 2k Stygia which is comming from my Character dying in the Maw and not returning to his corpse. ;´)
I´m giving it another 2 stars because they have done It. It could be 5 stars if It wasn´t delayed and a if i had bit more Notifications when the Team would like to use my account and not disconnecting me while i was playing. It happend 3 times.
