"TOUR KUMANOKODO"
Ho partecipato al tour KUMANOKODO, due settimane di viaggio splendide.
Abbiamo visitato OSAKA KYOTO NARA E TOKYO, oltre appunto al bellissimo trekking del kumanokodo.
Dario è sempre stato molto gentile simpatico e disponibile a qualsiasi nostra richiesta.
Nella giornata del 19/11/24 io e altri 4 viaggiatori abbiamo scelto di “ staccarci” dal gruppo ed abbiamo fatto un escursione al monte Fuji , tappa che secondo me non dovrebbe mancare in questo tipo di viaggio..
magari fare una notte in meno a Tokyo , e fermarsi una notte nella zona del fuji , dove abbiamo visitato anche le tipiche case giapponesi con i tetti di “paglia” , e poi proseguire per Tokyo.
Tranne questo suggerimento, per tutto il resto devo dire tutto molto ben organizzato.
Sicuramente lo consiglierei a chi vuole venire in Giappone.

"Blueberry Travels cancels our flights one day before departure "
This company cancelled our holiday one day before we were due to fly to Australia .It transpires that they cancelled a segment of the booking a day before we were due to fly but blamed the airline.We had to call and email the company on a daily basis and eventually received a full refund which took approximately 4 weeks.This refund did not make up for the fact that they were responsible for the cancellation.I would not use this company again.They supposedly have an office in London this is not true it is closed.
They even stated that they would pursue the airline for compensation on our behalf rubbish! We have sent numerous emails as regards this compensation they do not even respond.

The people who have gave 5star reviews are obviously fake people. My nephew booked holiday he got palmed off with crap (managers not in , no 1 else can deal with it) lies lies lies . How the hell are they gettin away with ripping people off .

15 giorni di viaggio nel Giappone tradizionale e moderno con Tommaso e Blueberry Travel.
Esperienza fantastica, organizzazione perfetta e Tommaso super risolutore di problemi. Ho atteso 2 mesi prima di scrivere la recensione per dare un giudizio a freddo, ponderato e digerire il lunghissimo viaggio. Il Giappone è un paese diverso, difficile, Tommaso ci ha accompagnato per mano per vedere tutto quanto era possibile nei pochi giorni a disposizione. Grande la sua capacità di variare l'itinerario anche all'ultimo momento in relazione alle condizioni atmosferiche e gli imprevisti. Ottima conoscenza della lingua e della storia. Deliziati in ogni momento con i racconti e gli aneddoti sulle cose viste.

"BIGGEST SCAM"
Booked with them last year June, I spent £1.5 for a long haul travel. Everything was going good till 1 week before travelling in dec. I couldn’t check in, when calling they told me they were having a glitch but it should be fine along as I. “Tell them my name at the airport”. Which is a very weird way to check in, considering everything is digital. Alarm bells started ringing and I started chasing them up urgently, eventually 3 days before ‘flying out’ they finally answered my calls and said my flight was cancelled! After screaming and shouting down the phone, (especially since they didn’t want to tell me) they said they’ve gone BANKRUPT. I asked for a refund and that’s when they went AWOl. Didn’t hear from them again. Sadly I had to book a new flight (over 2k). Next time won’t book with a travel agency who ask to send money to 2 different separate accounts and not ATOL protected.

I also was left out of pocket by this company, due to having to psy for another flight when a seaplan was late from Maldives due to bad weather and made is miss flight from Mali, they sorted out etickets for a flight next day and told me i had to pay a supplement ( this was a package holiday) the eticket issued was false docs, and airline stated there was no booking. We were being left in Mali unless i paod for new flight at a cost of £800 on top of supplemet for new flight i jad already paid. I tried to get refund but they told me i woild get a voucher, tried to use this on a flight, was told it had to be long haul all inclusive, impossible to use as i woidnt pay a penny more to this company.
James was my main correspondent, but he pretended to dissappear for a while

"Absolute shambles"
Absolute shambles.
Initial process was very promising but they failed to deliver our holiday. Only reason we found out was calling the airline company to find out we were never booked on the flight. Accommodation only provisionally booked and again not paid for. All this discovered only 3 days prior leaving, devastated is an under statement.
Now they don’t have the decency to answer any calls/email/text
