"BOBT currency is in euro's and not pounds"
BOBT The site now use's euro's and not pounds sterling so every time you make a payment for comps you get charged a transaction fee!! Customer support is non-existent!! typical chat bot!!

I like that you get a text message for big wins or wins that aren’t game credit. I think BOTB have a lot of choice when it comes to prizes

"Could be fatal for gambling addicts"
I entered one competition as it was for a car I really want (not a particularly flashy model). I did so on a whim, and am not really a gambler. However, since entering on 17th January, I have received 52 emails from them, sometimes up to FIVE PER DAY. This sort of thing should be illegal as I worked for a charity who dealt with gambling issues and the ramifications of losing it all. The constant bombardment must be illegal, and it almost encourages you to enter and spend more - and I consider myself a rational, occasional user of lotteries, raffles, etc. It could be devastating to those who suffer from addiction, so I may consider raising this site with the authorities.

"Instant-win scam... be aware "
so apparently the instant-win is not guaranteed! not even a game credit! bought 3 tickets with results of no win... they should outline this somewhere on the competition page itself which they don't. cheap move BOTB...

"Licensed correctly?"
I was brought to BOTB by Facebook and having read a lot about the site felt 'safe' right until an answer given by BOTB themselves on this site. "...game of skill" being the pertinent bit. BOTB run an instant win of which I have partaken. There is no mention of skill that I have seen and indeed no need of skill to purchase tickets and be told win or, more likely, lose. Does BOTB therefore run illegally under a 'game of skill' license rather than the lottery licence they should be operating under? I'm not bitter, I won and lost as I#'d expected.
