After about 15 years of trying my best and losing a huge amount of money I haven't won a thing. BOTB you defeated me I give up. Is it a coincidence that someone who has been playing for a few weeks has 3 wins already, but 15 years without a win doesn't seem possible.
I have since had an email from trust pilot saying that they will remove this review if I don't reply to the email stating the reference number ( which they have not given me) then my review will be deleted. I have more 5 star reviews posted than 1 star reviews. Why can't I give the review the way I see it.

"No transparency of odds and a very poor “Customer Experience”"

I have been playing BOTB for near on 25 years and must say am becoming increasingly disappointed with them.
The new weekly car competition you can buy tickets for (last week Ferrari, this week Porsche GT3) - so I wondered how many tickets are available in total so I can understand the odds - but get told “different tickets for each car/week “ I gather that but just wanted transparency of number of tickets available - all others - Rev Comps, 7days , Dream Car competition all share this, but yet BOTB choose not to.
Having bought some tickets, they then offer me a discount based on buying more tickets (30%) but when I go to do this they then apply a lower discount to my basket - all of these issues were raised with them but I was just fobbed off.

What is the issue with sharing how many tickets are available not very transparent or honest when people ask!

- BOTB have lost some of its magic, it used to care, but now a very poor “Customer Experience” - they just seem arrogant and not wanting to help or seemingly to care 😢
