They took care of our rides to/from the flat to airport. The flat was clean and well tended to. The staff followed up during our stay to make sure everything was going well. We have used Home from Home for many years in order to rent a good apartment in London. They have been excellent . If any problem has arisen they have responded quickly.

We rented an apartment in central London for the second time in a few years. All the arrangements were very efficient, transport to and from Heathrow was organised and friendly. The apartment was roomy and the location perfect for us. The living area was comfortable, but it seemed that from three years previously when we rented the same place, no freshening up or cleaning of upholstery or carpets had been done. Bed linens and towels were high quality and seemed new. Home from Home were very flexible on our departure time, which was appreciated greatly as we were travelling with two small children.

We would definitely use Home from Home again, and would recommend the company.

I have rented a flat in London from HFM twice and each time it was great. They have a cabbie pick me up from the train station or airport with the keys. Same for when it's time to go home. So easy and the flats are nicer than the stuff on ABNB.

Home from Home were excellent to deal with and very reliable, always responding promptly to any enquiry. I knew the location was good before I arrived however the apartment itself was better than it looked in the website photos and a very comfortable place to stay. We stayed for two weeks and the apartment really felt like home. I highly recommend Home from Home.
