They were friendly, did a really thorough assessment of my needs and explained the treatments and the reason why I was feeling pain in my legs and lower back. I booked a app with Dale Hardiman as iv been out of training for over a year. Now I'm active again and training frequently, a reacquiring knee injury has started to play up again and as i wasn't getting much joy else where i tried Hardiman Performance. With some sound advice, treatment and after care i finally feel I'm on the way to recovery. Can not recommend enough!!!
