I went to Hardiman performance with lower back problems, with in a couple of sessions my mobility was improved considerably. Whilst visiting about my back I also started to notice issues with my jaw muscles, it got to the point where I had very limited movement in my jaw and again after a couple of sessions with Dale my jaw movement was improved considerably. I would highly recommend hardiman performance.

Thank you for a first class service. Particular thanks to Dale, who has treated me for the last 6 weeks. I had a swollen neck disk with a trapped nerve, and the worst pain I have ever had. Dale knew exactly what was wrong, advised and helped me through it. I can now sleep and am functioning almost normally. I have still got a couple of visits to go, but I can't thank him and his team enough for their professional and sympathetic care and attention. I recommend Hardiman Performance to anyone.
