Fast and very professional service. Lead time was much shorter than we had expected. The surveyor and installer Martin was excellent throughout. He and Jack have done a superb job. Only day 1 but we are thrilled.

"6 months in and still happy"

So far, so good! I've had my blinds for about 6 months now and they haven't disappointed. I went for Duette side blinds (the hexagonal shaped ones) to fit my conservatory windows. They look beautiful and seemed to really help keep in the heat during winter. The fitting was done quickly and neatly, and I've found them easy to maintain. (I haven't really had to do anything...!) I'm curious to see how well they fare during summer and if they block any heat at all, but at least they will provide some shade which is what I really wanted.

The schedule that they arranged for measuring up and quoting for the job and the subsequent fitting (by the same person) was adhered to and his time keeping was excellent. The work carried out was most professional and everything left clean and tidy. He left his contact details should we have any problems.

5* treatment from first enquiry to installation. Very professional company and staff, no pressure selling from Grant, just showed us what they can offer and in various colours. Quote was acceptable very reasonable for what we wanted “Electric ceiling blind 2 metres long”. Placed an order and deposit, then visited by Paul the fitter to remeasure and explain what will happen when fitting and also gave us installation date to suit us. This we could change if needed, fitted on given date with no fuss and within a couple of hours. Explained workings, took away all his rubbish and cleaned up after himself. Paid rest of balance owing
And told to contact if any problems. Highly recommend this company.
