On the whole ordering with Macfarlane is simple and smooth. What lets them down is when the whole order doesn't get sent we are not advised when we will get the back order. We only get notification of when something is on its way.

Good quality product delivered on time. Lightweight so should cut postage costs when sending bottle through post.
Delivery costs seem a bit harsh though.
Overall would buy again.

Charged next day delivery when they don't have items in stock. Had to chase them and only to be told it's out of stock. Very Disappointed.

"Good company let down by their courier Yodel!"
We have had great service from this company and their products are very good. When they have delivered to us in the past, no problems, but this time when we needed an item very urgently and paid for next day service, Yodel didn't deliver for three days! They need to get a better courier, or they could lose customers. When they deliver themselves, we have not had any problems. We can thoroughly recommend Valeiriia Mills, from customer services at MacFarlanes, as she has endeavoured to help us over this delivery and keep us informed, but was in the hands of Yodel!

Would not normally give 5 stars, how due to quick and easy no hassle process from ordering to delivery I can find no fault!

Had no problem ordering on a Wed. Waited two days to hear if order dispatched. Phoned on Fri. to enquire what was order status. Told goods would be dispatched when ready. Nothing heard until Yodel sent notification of impending delivery on Monday..
