Quote given for windows and doors even though the salesman was informed that we weren't making a decision for another month.
The competitive price stayed the same when we eventually agreed for the work to go ahead.
The process was very quick after that from survey to fitting.
Exactly what we'd asked for was fitted by two very professional men who were patient with all my questions and kept me informed during the week of fitting. They were tidy and kept disruption to a minimum.
Fitting took place several months ago and no problems have arisen.

But asked for a quote on the rear conservatory doors the salesman came round and even though they say the quote is good foe 12 months and wanted them doing in January , he could not give me a quote unless we ordered then and put 10% down this is not a quote it is a pressure sales pitch and as a senior manager I know that one when I see or hear it
apart from that the gutters and fascia was a good job

My new windows and door were fitted last Friday, much to my surprise they were fitted in just a matter of hours and my house was back to normal same day!!
I am so pleased with windows and door and the men who did the fitting were very helpful and insisted on hoovering my house !!
