The two fitters, both called Anthony and a young lad with them, what great workmen. They never had a break and their workmanship was excellent. A credit to the company. More Anthony's around and Britain would boom. Thanks.

"Came today and fitted wrong size windows"

Came to fit bay windows today. They spend a whole morning taking out the top windows only to later tell me that the wrong size have been ordered. I’ve been left with ill fitting windows and two bedrooms full of windows making the rooms unusable. They have offered to come back and fix it but at a later date which may mean I have to cancel my holiday and lose money on the room that is usually rented out. An apology but discount offered for the inconvenience so I need to decide whether to cancel.

My experience of JWS has been fabulous.  They have proven themselves to be professional, honest, genuine and respectful, as well as operating with true integrity; traits that are hard to find in this day and age.  I will come back to these guys again and I would recommend anyone to do the same if they want to feel confident that they will be looked after and treated properly.

"Fitted patio doors last march"

Fitted patio doors last march, windows are fine. Called out several times about the patio doors, issue being when we get warm weather the doors wont lock,got to the point that we requested that the door manufacturer came out and inspected the doors that informed us that they needed to make ajustment to the door, this was after several visits from jws to sort out, tried to lock the doors tonight afer the weather being warm and surprise surprise they dont shut. Stay well away from this company, we will be contacting the financial ombudsman regarding this issue.
