So used this company to fit a new solid conservatory roof wasn't over impressed with the service but they put things right so when I got a call last week I thought give them another chance fool me. Wanted a quote for new French doors ten minutes before they were due they cancel the appointment. Never again JWS terrible service. So they say the tried numerous times but no missed calls strange that, but got another company perfect job done on time and a good price.

Generally good. A slight lack of communication between the survey being done and then getting a fitting date for the windows Fitters were fine, good windows and reasonably priced. I've now had a front door, facias and gutters and new windows from this company. Would recommend.
