The best customer service company! I generally spoke Anki and on each transaction she went above and beyond for me and showed extreme patience. When I say each transaction I mean, 7-8 calls and a handful of chats and emails she responded patiently and didn’t make me feel dumb, which I was being haha. I’m so so impressed as I was turned away for asking too many questions by another retailer.

I don’t normally do reviews but have to do this one. The agent I chatted with made it so easy, asked the right questions and assisted me beyond my expectations. I didn’t need to sit there explaining everything the 100th time. You could tell how knowledgeable she was, not robotic but a human. Understood everything from the get go.. This is usually rare with chats. Give Ankita a raise, deserves it more than anybody else.
