"We are at the Berkeley (Lumina)…"

We are at the Berkeley (Lumina) residents. It’s such a shame to have to write such a negative review. POD fail to answer emails, calls, full breakdowns of what their service charge is being spent on, no receipts, limited communication, it’s a very frustrating relation to have in what is meant to be a high end standard of “city living”. They are meant to do fortnightly site visits as a minimum but fail to notify any residents as agreed to talk about issues. They fail us with supplying security to the building, parcels are going missing, entrance door gets broken and not fixed as urgent and allows anyone access into our building. There’s no covid protection for residents as no sanitising stations on each floor. POD is a disappointment and if we could change companies tomorrow we would.

"This Company POD did not send me a…"

This Company POD did not send me a demand invoice for service me but insist they did. Then they charge me administration fee of £42 for a reminder and refuse to take it off. Even after I have given them proof in my inbox no mail was received. Why did Berkley Group appoint them as management for their developments when they have so many bad reviews.

Following up on the reply from POD. We as owners of property have no choice who the developer appoints as manager of the property. It is not the money that is the issue here. It is the principle of the matter.
Deducting the charge by 50% is a nice gesture, but the fact remains unresolved. I would like a photo shot of your sent box of 1st October POD claim to have sent my invoice, secondly if they sent a reminder on 11/Nov by post to my default address on their file..WHY did POD not sent by post the invoice to my default address in the first place??
Also 11/11 reminder (which is the first reminder) the 42 pounds charge was already added. POD if they are service providers should provide good service and not doubt their customer treating them like liars
when the customer showed proof. In my case I had to write to Berkley Homes to inform them to inform POD that I did not get their invoice and to request POD to send to the proper address. Berkley Homes service is also in Question.

"Not even low expections met"

Not especially good amongst a profession that continually disappoints. I think it must be quite simple to manage a property and add value, maybe it's not, but POD take it down to a whole new level.

"Pod cannot run a bath let alone a company"

I have lived in many flats before and yes they are expensive but never have I been ignored. felt ripped off and most of all they are completely non-responsive. We have asked for the EWS1 form so we can sell our flat and they did not reply so the developer had to tell us they cannot afford it and then we are having to chase every hour to get the form filled in. This is all whilst they are building 9 penthouses ontop of our building so they have not been able to do gardening, window cleanng etc but have still managed to raise the cost.

Pod are completely incompetent and cannot run a bath let alone a company.

"do not use this company"

do not use this company! they have extortionate fees.
pod management failed to send me an invoice by email having sent previous invoices by email.they sent letters in the post which because i was on holiday i did not see.I paid immediately I knew of the debt when they sent me an email. and now they wish to charge me over £200 for letters etc.do not use these people. .

"Scam"

Estate management is the new business, they charge you fake money, they just send invoices with fake breakdown costs.
Read your contracts before buying new builds they’re scamming people…avoid pod and Bellway.
