"Just awful"

Just awful, POD couldn't manage a round of drinks in a public house to anyones satisfaction.
Very happy to collect the money, totally unable to manage resident satisfaction at even a minimalist level. Any direct contact appears to be an anathema to their staff - bunch of keyboard warriors.
Sad really, our built environment is being spoilt and permanently ruined by firms like this - the RICS should be ashamed to be linked to companies like this .

"Totally unreliable"

Reading the reviews below, I feel mildly comforted that I'm not the only one. Yes, this company is dreadful. In my case, they have stopped answering my emails querying an unfinished job, which they appear to have entrusted to a fly by night contractor. I am directly affected by this botched job, but obviously, they don't care. I would strongly advise, do not use this company.

These people are disorganised.
eg. I phoned customer services to be told' I don't know I have only been here three weeks'......
They seem unable to respond to problems occurring within a property.

Horrific management company - they take forever to get back to residents, they never sort things out when they say they're going to, and they use third party companies to get works done, which means residents have to pay far more than if workmen were hired direct. But of course they don't care about that, because they're not the ones paying!!!
