I had a very challenging problem concerning the replacement of two old shower columns. Calum came to the rescue with the perfect answer to my seemingly intractable challenge. All is now resolved in the way that was suggested. The advice was sound, deliveries of the replacement units were as promised, and everything works superbly. Thank you Calum.

"I needed a replacement valve cartridge…"
I needed a replacement valve cartridge for my Kohler Karbon kitchen tap in UK. I was concerned to learn that Kohler have discontinued the tap, however on contacting Kohler UK in Cheltenham they couldn't have been more helpful and within a couple of days I received a new replacement valve FOC. Staff at Kohler were extremely helpful and service was excellent.

I needed replacement fixing brackets for a Reve toilet seat. Initially the entire experience was not brilliant — that is an understatement!
Eventually found a link to humans and problem solved thanks to Calum Macleod in technical support. He was absolutely excellent as well as knowledgeable.
It is a shame that Kohler is not pro active in the British market as their goods are class.

"Not a good experience"
Not a good experience. We have a karbon tap that started leaking - I used the manual to order a new valve that cost £80 only to find when it arrive a month later that it was the wrong size! Our tap has leaked for several months now and once you remove the faulty vale it becomes totally unusable as the valve falls to bits - try to contact this company and you get nowhere no customer support and no easy way to get the correct spares. A company of this size should be more in tune with its clientele

Had a number of issues with a tap. Initially they were a little tricky to get hold of but when I did get them they were very helpful and sent me the spare bits. Instructions made sense after a bit of thinking, so was able to fix myself

"6 weeks and still waiting for spare part"
Have been having back and forth email conversations for 6 weeks now. Constantly am told that my part has been ordered. Toilet (3 years old) has broken and apparently cannot be fixed unless we have specific part directly from Kohler. Finally someone apologised but still no sign of replacement which was supposed to have been dispatched in first class post.
