"All style but no function. Shocking!"
I'm a Manchester United fan that was recently thinking about doing up my bathroom. I noticed that Kohler are the shirt sleeve sponsor. I've never heard of them but I thought I would give them a go.
I've never had such a bad experience. I bought their special Treble collection and it's been a disaster from beginning to end. The connectors don't fit right, one of them under the sink has broken off. It seems to leak at every juncture.
It's soured the whole experience. And everytime I see the shirt sleeve I am reminded of this awful experience.
Edit: I'm deeply upset that it's become known to me that Kohler have reported my review for reasons I am not clear on. This doesn't surprise me, since the after sales care was non-existent. I e-mail and called them so many times to complain about the loose fittings and broken connectors I just gave up.
Trying to silence my bad review is the ultimate shameful act of a company that doesn't want bad reviews coming out! What's the point of this? Fed up!

"Unhelpful People"
My Kohler toilet pan is fixed to the floor with two internal metal rods; one of these was rusty, seized up and had to be destroyed in the proces of removing the pan for floor repairs. When I approached Kohler for a replacement fixing rod they said it was not made/available for spares!! In the end I had one made myself, but I will not buy from Kohler again.

"Choose another brand"
Prior to installation, found that the outlet pipe of the cast brass Mira excel built-in shower valve was very poorly finished. Our plumber said he couldn’t in all conscience fit it. He advised we contact the manufacturer. Called customer services: (SO many automated instructions AND a LONG wait to speak with someone! Oddly, the message refers to the co. as “Meera”....). Anyway: after a brief discussion I was given an email address and told to write, providing pics if possible. This I did, receiving an automated response by return, which promised an operative would be in touch. Well, that was Monday lunchtime and it’s now Thursday evening: I’ve heard NOTHING!! So,?we’ve no shower fitted and our plumber has had to go on to another job. Terrible service: awful, awful, awful! Doesn’t even merit ONE star. Wish I’d opted for Aqualisa.

"Absolute joke of a company"
Absolute joke of a company. Cast iron sink was faulty and only lasted 2 weeks which given it cost over £800 is a disgrace.
Customer service was non existent and in the first place suggested I clean it when in fact the finish was coming off. Were not interested in what the issue was and didn’t even send anyone to look at it.
Do not buy from cannot state that enough...

"Great Customer Service from Jo"
I received a call from a lady by the name of JO at Mira Showers after reviewing my previous comments on Mira Showers. What a lovely helpful patient kind lady. If you ever have an issue ask for Jo she is OUTSTANDING. Thank you Jo for helping and fixing my issue. you are the best

"Useless. Hopeless. Hapless."
Required a replacement shower door and finally one was fitted nearly three months later! Numerous phone calls (on hold for over two hours in total), umpteen emails (only some they responded to), four engineer visits (twice they ordered the wrong parts). It was incredibly frustrating trying to get hold of them and a catalogue of errors when they did try to organise my repair. The only silver lining is that Mira Showers have very recently stepped in to take over Kohler’s customer services, otherwise I might still be waiting more than the 53 days I had to endure.

"I've an old kitchen single lever tap …"
I've an old kitchen single lever tap which started leaking a year ago. I couldn't find my tap on the Kohler support website to identify the parts I needed so I called them. Support sent me the wrong part first but did get it sorted. Then about a year later the seals started leaking again, so I mailed them about a month ago. Two weeks went by and they then mailed me asking for a picture of the tap, which I sent straight away. No response nearly three weeks after that mail was sent, so I sent a tweet to the Mira company who responded straight away asking for all the details, which I sent immediately. They replied and said Kohler would be in touch. It's two days later now and still no response. sigh! So why offer Email support if you have no intention of answering them. Why not put all of your legacy products on the support page, so that a customer can find the part number he needs on his own. Shameful service from a company who actually sell nice products.

"No Customer service at all."
No Customer service at all.
Have been sending e-mails for broken shower part for over 1 month. Still waiting to be helped.
Initial contact from 3 different people, but no follow up.
Will post names in next review

"Took 6 months and the threat of court …"
Took 6 months and the threat of court action to replace a faulty sink.
An absolute disgrace of a company.
Wasted a lot of my time as refused to do the right thing until a court date was set and they realised I wasn't going to go away. Obviously got cold feet as didn't fancy a judge hearing how I had been treated by them.
