No customer service. My lederhosen was to big No return policy, no response the company is in Pakistan
Do Not order.

Customer Service is completely unresponsive. This is NOT a trustworthy company.

You will notice there is no stated return policy on their website. That’s because they do not accept returns. In FAQ’s, there’s a link to a return policy, but the link has been deactivated. Amazon has the exact same items as Lederhosenstore.com, but Amazon is about $20 cheaper with free returns and exchanges. Do not waste you $$ or your time!!

"Ordered a dress and lederhosen"

Ordered a dress and lederhosen. The Lederhosen fit my boyfriend great and was very nice quality. I made a mistake and ordered UK size rather than US size. All I'd like to do is replace the dress with the correct size. I've been trying for a week now to get a response back on how to return and exchange...with NO response. I've had to buy a dress from a different store and will be disputing the charge on my credit card. I'd suggest another store rather than this. Looks like perhaps they operate out of Pakistan?? and not the US. Beware.

Had package shipped to a freight forwarder but was stolen and never received by my forwarder. I thought I was going to Munich without my Lederhousen. There great customer service worked with me to get a replacement order out ASAP so I'll have my Lederhousen in time for Octoberfest! Thanks you so much for saving my Octoberfest 2019!

I ordered a Dirndl that was too small for me and the helped me get another Dirndl without returning the Dirndl that was too small because shipping would have been too much. My husband got a wonderful leaderhosen with very good quality.

I purchased the Short Plattler Lederhosen Staggering Brown from the lederhosenstore.com site and am overjoyed at the quality of the product. This is not a low quality Halloween / party costume – it is made of high quality leather and I will definitely be wearing this to Octoberfest in Munich this year. I would also suggest measuring yourself around the waist and hips with a tape measure and then refer to the online sizing chart at lederhosenstore.com to ensure the proper fit. Very pleased with overall quality and price.
