All in all a great experience. James was responsive, pleasant, and quick. This was my first transatlantic watch purchase, so I was a bit hesitant. He shipped it on a Tuesday and the piece arrived the next day! Unfortunately there was a regulation issue with the movement that developed in shipping, but James was great at problem solving. A quick back and forth across the Atlantic and the vintage Omega is back on my wrist, keeping perfect time. I’ll absolutely purchase from Chase Hattan again.
