Collin's and staff do a great job! Customer Service is great, and the whole process is good. All that said the flags and flags from other suppliers just don't standup to the wind. We fly 30 x 50 and have tried 40x 60 and if we get windy days they are falling apart in 7 to 10 days.
You can't drop a 30 x 50 flag in the wind and certainly can't raise one! Fly a smaller flag you say? A 5 x 8 does not last in same conditions any longer than larger flags. We are using your most durable flag and Collins have made efforts to reinforce them with limited success. The manufacturer needs to reinforce the top corner of the stripes.
