This or any other company should never try to bully a person into staying with them. Also most companies put the ingredients on there website for potential customers to have an informed decision before purchasing. I find that when a company is not transparent and when 90 percent of reviews are 5 star, the company is not being transparent and this leads to mis trust among buyers.

Did not get any results for 6+ months of use. Was hopeful for better results, invested quite a bit of money for no results, best option to continue was one free bottle and a little discount on a more expensive bottle.

Alexander was a gem with my call to HH. He was very informative about my previous Rx which we tweaked with a new Rx from MD. My call was originally to cancel my subscription but after talking to him and him giving me his professional feedback, I kept my subscription. I’m very impressed with his knowledge and customer service. He saved HH from losing a client!

"The company’s business ethics are cam like"
The company’s business ethics are borderline scam-like. They force you into a subscription when you purchase their product, and they make it very difficult to cancel. Unlike 99% of legitimate online businesses, their website doesn’t offer a straightforward way to cancel. Instead, I had to jump through hoops and answer numerous questions just to start the cancellation process.
At the end of this ordeal, the website informed me that a company sales representative would call to finalize the cancellation. Sure enough, the rep spent 10–15 minutes trying to convince me to keep the subscription with offers of discounts.
Bottom line: I don’t support pushy companies that operate like scammers. If you’re reading this, save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere

Very knowledgeable and friendly customer service person (She gets 5 stars). However, Happy Head return policy is not world class. I suggest Happy Head sending a heads-up email a few days before subscription orders are processed.
This would allow customers to adjust their orders. I didn’t intend to make this purchase and now have to return it to get a refund, which is a hassle and costs both me and Happy Head money.
