"The cancelation process is a scam"

The cancelation process is a scam. First of all, I wasn't even aware I had a subscription. Secondly, you can not cancel on their website. Instead, you are directed to an online bot, asked to fill out six questions and at the end the system still doesn't allow you to cancel. Now you are asked to call their CS number during working hours. Pretty bad.
