"Refused to do an exchange."

Purchased an order over £100 and the colour wasn't what I was expecting. Fair enough the order was placed a few months ago but I wasn't expecting to send these back and get a refund. All I wanted was to exchange for another colour. Seen as they still stock the items I have and the items I want to exchange them for. I really don't see the issue?

I would've sent the order back for them to inspect and they would see it's completely unused and still sealed in the packaging.

I ordered a number of the Charlie burnt orange wool ties and they are great quality. I’m so pleased with them and would definitely order again. Highly recommend Dickie Bow.

"What a tremendous hassle by a terrible company "

I placed an order and never received it. As per Dickie, the carrier claims they left a note when I wasn't home for the delivery, but I never received any note. Worse, Dickie refuses to take responsibility. First email with them they ask if I received it, I said (for the 2nd time just like I aid in the initial email) no, I didn't get the products or the note. They respond by asking me again if I got the product or the note left by the carrier, reiterating that they tried to deliver it and left instructions (which by the way was weeks ago at this point). WTH?! You'd think THEY would reach out to the carrier on my behalf but no. This company is terrible and I doubt I'll ever get my money or the product.

"Really really good quality of tie."

Really really good quality of tie.. and I've personally found that it doesn't seem to be to long or too short when I tie it.

I know that sounds insane there all the same length but its just how I've found it

My only complaint is that I didn't really receive much communication about when my order was dispatched or delivered

"No bow tie for my wedding, very poor customer service!"

Ordered on the 29th of November and paid for next day delivery, which was almost as much as the bow tie itself! We are now in the 5th of December and still no sign of it. No tracking information even though it said on the 30th that it had been dispatched. I have emailed and used the contact form but no one has got back in touch with me. I am getting married on the 8th of December and it seems I won't have a bow tie! No phone number on the site either so getting hold of them is impossible. As I'm yet to hear back I would say poor customer service is an understatement.
