So lange man keinen Garantiefall hat, recht gut. Günstige Preise, akzeptable Lieferzeit.
Ich habe aber nun wegen eines simplen Touchscreen-Fehlers (Reparaturzeit geschätzt 20 Minuten (höchstens)) insgesamt 53 Tage gewartet, bis ich das Telefon wieder hatte.
Dass das Verschicken nach China trotz Akku und ohne Zollprobleme geklappt hat, kann vermutlich als kleines Wunder gelten.
Dann endloses Nachfragen, bis das Telefon endlich repariert, verschickt und mir die Tracking-ID mitgeteilt ist. Anstrengend. Und auf 16,80€ Portokosten bleibe ich wohl auch sitzen. Na ja

My second order arrives with a wrong item in it. After 1 email, next day, they send the right item without discussion.

Ich habe 2 Handys bei dem Shop gekauft, beide sind nach paar Monate defekt, und für beide wollen sie für die reparatur auch noch Geld haben. Nie wieder kauf ich dort was.

habe mir das Ulefon Power direkt im UUOnlineshop bestellt. Die Software ist fehlerhaft. Ich bekomme keine mobilen Daten. Achtung: Handys mit fest eingebautem Akku kann man im Reparaturfall nicht von Deutschland aus nach China schicken!!! Akkus sind Gefahrengut und werden nicht mit der Post ins Ausland transportiert.
In meinem Fall kam das Päckchen zurück. Das Geld ( 16 Euro ) ist futsch. Der Online-Händler UUOnline-Shop hat keine Anlaufstelle in Deutschland. Ich habe ein defektes Handy und keine Möglichkeit für eine Reparatur. Damit gibt es bei solchen Händlern faktisch keine Garantie und keine Rückgabemöglichkeit auch wenn sie das auf ihre Internet-Verkaufseiten schreiben. Natürlich weigert sich der Händler den Kaufpreis zu erstatten. Die Mitarbeiter von uuonlineshop sind sehr freundlich, verstehen aber nur begrenzt deutsch. Hier also noch einmal: NEIN, ich kann das Handy nicht zu Ihnen schicken. Die deutsche Post verbietet das!

The only downside was the 5 days wait before the item got shipped.

"Handy falsch geliefert - absolut mieser Kundenservice"

Ich habe mir auf uuonlineshop.com ein Xiaomi Redmi Pro 3 bestellt (Bestellnr 400006805), über die 10-tägige Frist gewartet um dann das FALSCHE Gerät (XIaomi Note3) zu erhalten.
Nach mehrmaligem Versuch, (vielen Emails und Anrufversuchen) Kontakt zum Kundenservice aufzunehmen um das falsche Gerät gegen das ursprünglich bestellte und bezahlte zu bekommen, kam nach über einer Woche folgende Antwort (obwohl mit maximaler Antwortszeit von 72h zu rechnen ist) :

"Hello,
I am sorry to hear that, we have sent the wrong phone to you.
Could you send me some picture to show the phone?
Could you keep the phone? If you want to return , it takes a long time. We hope you can understand it. "

Hätte ich das Gerät gewollt, hätte ich es bestellt oder nicht versucht den Kundenservice zu kontaktieren. So eine Antwort ist eine Frechheit, wenn nicht einmal die Frage beantwortet wird.

Auf eine weitere Email meinerseits mit Wunsch nach Umtausch wurde nicht mehr reagiert.

Leider ein absoluter Fehlkauf und überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert. Weder die Lieferung noch die Wartezeit, noch der Kundenservice halten was sie versprechen.

Bekomme 1 Tag später von Uuonlineshop diese Emai.Das Angebot habe ich abgelehnt.

i share my terrible experience on this site for everybody to take care when shopping on this site and never trust in their promises and i explain my experience in the following points :
- order paid on Aug 4, 2016
-on Aug 9,2016 Mr.Liar said( We have sent out the package today. But there are no tracking number now)
-from Aug 4 to Aug 15 everyday Mr.Liar said tomorrow you will get your tracking number
-on Aug 16 Mr.Liar sent a fake tracking number untrackable
- on Aug 19 Mr.Liar said (to show our apology we will send a gift)
- on Aug 23 Mr.Liar said the package was lost and then returned my money .
finally they are never care about your times, needs and they are liars

Bought a Xiaomi Mi5 via UUonlineshop.com. Came with global UI and pre-installed Google Play Store and EU-plug adapter. With SF delivery (4 euros) no import duty.

Ordering and delivery went smooth, although time between order confirmation and sending took slightly longer than the indicated 2 working days.
