Good quality packaging, truthful invoices (unlike another fabric company who provides invoices but doesn’t deliver, see my other reviews) and the shipping is fast too. Great selection of wallpapers and competitive prices. Very easy website to use and placing an order was very straight forward.
My order was dispatched very quickly and the email notification good.
My score would have been 5 stars had the courier used not been UPS. They are shocking. The only way to get updates is by downloading their app which I didn’t want to do. It didn’t arrive on the day I was told. The following day I was told delivery would be between 8am - 10am. That came and went and an hour later another email to say it would be delivered before the end of the day! It finally arrived mid afternoon.
