"Total scammers"

Total scammers. Sold me a laptop wich broke, totally refused to communicate with me then went out of bussiness, tride to track Zack James Fowler an owner down and found he had had ten's of other businesses. The date should say 26/07/2021 but calender wouldn't let me go back that far and I have just become aware that Peach Stors is tradeing again. Avoid at all cost's.

Terrible experience with Peach Stores. Dealt with them a few years ago, regarding a job and they were very rude and unprofessional.

Had an issue originally which was rectified eventually. My laptop was damaged by carriers, after several swapped emails they said keep the laptop and have refunded in full. I think it's one person running the gaff called Zak and like the rest of the country he's struggling to make end meat but gets there in the end. No hard feelings, you have to email them, he's probably working from home and can't keep up with the work.

"Purchased a laptop on the 6th of…"

Purchased a laptop on the 6th of October 5-7 days delivery.. No show purchase still unforfilled. Contacted them they said they don't take in to account weekends so between the 15th and 18th still no show. I contacted PayPal and gave them all the information and PayPal would email them to ask what the issue was. Then I got an email from them stating it would be with me the following Saturday with the name of a mickey mouse courier company that did not give any alternative times or drop off addresses and guess what.. No delivery. I've asked numerous times for them to refund me. So to my surprise I got an email yesterday saying that they have refunded me and want to arrange collection of the laptop that was never delivered and claiming the refund I haven't received. Fortunately PayPal has honoured me the refund. God bless paypal

I ordered a laptop from them but after 10 days nothing. No response to phone calls, emails or messenger. Tried to cancel order via email but no response. Contacted credit card company to obtain refund. Within two days I received an email stating that laptop had been dispatched but not with the selected memory upgrade.
Suspect the company is going under. Website is now down.

"Avoid to buy from peach store"

It is wrong, from review company to be obliged to give 1 star to share a comment about a company (peach store) , they dont deserve it.
They took order and money very fast.
Then cancel and say to refund.
No more communication and still waiting.
I have been obliged to buy another laptop from others.

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Happy to take your money & not deliver. Communication is abysmal. Ordered & paid for a computer early September. Delivery was supposed to be 5/7 days. Claimed issues with DPD not collecting. Refund was offered October 6th, which apparently takes 10 days! Still very limited communication. Reported company to trading standards. Refund received today. Simply don’t put yourself in a situation to waste hours of your time sending emails, leaving voicemail or FB messages. You may if your lucky get the odd response from Zach. Absolutely awful company.

"SCAM!!!"

SCAM!!! Purchased a laptop as I my other broke and I needed one fast for my uni work, delivery is 5-7 days. It’s now been 10 days and I can’t even get a reply to speak to anyone. No number works, emailed, messaged on Facebook, tried to live chat and left many voice mails and no one gets back to me. I’m now in a situation where I’m falling behind on uni work because I cannot afford another few hundred pounds for a laptop and can’t even get a refund. The site should state that it is not secure and not a normal shopping site. The customer service is disgusting and I wish I read reviews before purchasing. Will be telling everyone to avoid at all costs.

"Product quality excellent and reaction to problems very good but communication could be better"

I recently purchased a Thinkpad laptop from Peach Stores. Delivery took slightly longer than anticipated but the device was well packed and found to be in excellent condition when unpacked.
However, on checking the laptop, the storage drive capacity did not match the detailed specification. When I reported this, collection of the product for rectification of the problem was arranged within a few days and it was subsequently returned to me with the issue satisfactorily resolved.
Overall service was good but ease of communication to check on progress less so. A follow up email was however received following return of the laptop.
