Jack Graham-Lindsey is that rarest of brokers. He knows his area - virtually perfectly; he tells the truth and he trusts people (people trust him in return) and he responds to questions with the truth rather than what’s easy.

He was listing broker for the seller of a flat which I recently purchased. I worked directly with him to get the deal completed in a very short time. He listened to problems and understood them; he found solutions and got people together around those solutions; he was simply remarkably proactive - repeatedly.

I was immediately impressed with how efficient Tim was when I first met him many years ago when he let our Chelsea house. When he moved to Agent and Homes I didn’t hesitate to give him the full management role on a flat in Fulham. He quickly found very good tenants and manages the property brilliantly. He does all the worrying and thinking for me. He has a very good data base of people he can call on for plumbing etc. I really respect him for his honesty and diligence. Recently we asked him to sell a house in Chelsea which he handled diplomatically and with great professionalism.
