Called on tuesday through zoopla booked at viewing for 5pm thursday was told I would be contacted about a confirmation, never was so emailed wednesday evening and then called Thursday morning, spoke to someone at the main switch board who passed on my message then recieved a text from emma bennell to be told nope now viewing you must have called another agent , I replied say no I have the listing from zoopla and have found it on your page aswell definitely was agent and home , tried calling multiple times to then receive another text saying she was in a meeting and to stop calling as I didnt have an appointment!!
Customer service is shocking to bot even try to resolve the issue or even speak to me !
I have changed my review as the CEO called me this evening and apologised and said he will be dealing with this personally. He seemed very apologetic and concerned about the way I was treated.

Then today the head of letting called and was so lovely and helpful it shows what the company is really like !

I put my property up for sale in February and used 2 well known agents in Notting Hill. Come August and neither had many viewings, all they recommended to do was ‘drop price’ for obvious reasons.
