1st Class Service from start to finish, a £50 deposit secured delivery and installation half way across the country down in Cornwall.
Put together and finished within a hour by 2 simply nice guys.
Full payment after installation so i knew i was happy with it.
Cant recommend this company enough.
Didn't have a clue what i needed when i called and was advised sensibly without being ripped off other company quoted me double what these did,

"Very disappointing, design fault"

In May I purchased the (Front Entry Wymbury 10ft(w) x 10'6ft(d)) and paid approx GBP1200 for the kennel and cage. I have two large dogs, during the working work they are often in their cage. The construction of the product is excellent no issues there but I think there is a design fault. Now the wet weather has arrived the rain is coming in from both sides and settling in their cage area, and the dogs are left with the only option to either sit in the wet or go inside to their kennel part. Which I think defeats the purpose of the cage. I have asked Kennelstore and their recommendation was to get clear perspex fitted on the prevailing side and hoped that would keep the cage area dry, With due respect I didn't spend over gbp1000 to have to then buy ad hoc additional materials and hire a handyman to waterproof their product. Very disappointed.

Good service, quick delivery by charming courier who rang the day before to confirm delivery time, delivered at the promised time and helped us unload.
The product is as described.
My only minor gripe is that, having paid £30 for it, I think they should have cut the flooring mat to size rather than leaving the job to us.
