Arrived in a reasonable time and well packaged. My older dog loves this mat and I have already ordered another one .It is really springy and comfy to lay on.

Very good product, a little disappointed with communication about delivery as I had to chase to find out there had been a mix up but it turned up the following day and so far the dogs are loving there new bed.

The biggest negative in my opinion was that the kennel doesn't come with plastic feet if you have it assembled on one of their base frames. This was one of the main reasons we decided to buy this kennel and nowhere on the site does it say the kennel comes without them if the kennel is to be built on the base frame.
I think this should be made clearer as the plastic feet is one of the things that set these kennels apart from the rest.
Apart from this there's a good amount of information about the kennels on the website and placing the order was straight forward. I asked if delivery could be made on one of two dates and a lady called to confirm that delivery could be made on a date i requested and it was.
Two guys arrived to assemble the kennel. They were very nice, asked where we wanted the kennel and got the job done quickly.
Sadly the draught excluder didn't arrive with the kennel. However one of the guys said they will get it posted to us.
Emailed the kennelstore with regards to the missing draught excluder and asked for a reason the plastic feet were not used. They sent a very pleasant and satisfactory response. Despite the issues we are very happy with the kennel and service.
