Pre sales they were friendly and helpful. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because they did not respond to my email querying delivery. There were also no instructions - assembly is not rocket science so not a massive issue but would have been nice especially for the roof.

We ordered kennelling and a sleeping bench, the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Our order was despatched and arrived on the date we requested. Only hiccup was that the sleeping bench didn't arrive with the main order for some reason and because of the Christmas shutdown we had to wait a fortnight for a replacement to arrive, and we didn't have a specific date for its delivery.

However, overall we were satisfied and would certainly use again.
