I ordered a puppy pen late on Wednesday afternoon, helpful guy on the phone. It arrived 8.00am on Friday via Tuffnells courier service. Very pleased with the excellent service. Free delivery, too. Highly recommended!

Ordering the kennel system was easy and good communication with an adviser helped us select the correct items. Delivery was exceptionally fast and whilst there were no assembly instructions, it was so straightforward, 2 of us managed to go from delivery to happy dogs in a morning. Great product, great service. I never mind paying a price for a good product

"Good product let down by late delivery and poor customer service"

I bought an expensive dog kennel from the KennelStore. Delivery time was stated as 5-7 working days on the website, however it took over 4 weeks to arrive. In addition it came disassembled, in many pieces with boxes of screws, panels and spars with no assembly instructions. On enquiry to the Kennelstore I was emailed back a typed bullet point list of basic instructions saying "sorry, this is all we have". So I end up paying a lot of money for a dog kennel that was delivered very late and that I couldn't assemble easily. The kennel itself looks very good quality in terms of build, but I don't know how to put it together properly and am still trying to work it out. So not recommended.

It stated free fixings with all orders, these didn't arrive. I ordered 2x floor fixings and 2 x wall fixings to ensure I had enough, only one set of each arrived.
