"Don't deal with Gift Card Spread!"
I have been buying discounted cards for 6 years now.... and have had more than my share of trouble with 1 company, Gift Card Spread! Their cards almost always come in with the wrong balance in them, and their customer service sucks to boot! I will never buy from them again, and I buy 1000's of dollars a year worth of cards! They are not worth the trouble!

"Card didn't work, long wait to get resolved"
Very disappointed. Ordered a card to use the next day and turned out it didn't work. Was embarrassing in the store and when I called I was on hold for over 15 minutes. Finally someone answered and said they would "look into it." A little while later I received notice I would get a refund. Wasted a lot of time and was very aggravating.

I was quite happy with the service received from Gift Card Spread. It took about an hour to get the e-gift card after ordering, but I had no trouble tendering it.

I understand verification by phone text or call but I don't like it.
Also the percentages off are sometime inaccurate.
It's ok. I still like it and will continue buying from GC spread.

"Two Gift Cards Purchased & Refunded"
First time purchaser. Bought two gift cards. Both were rejected when I tried to use them. I didn't have any trouble contacting Gift Card Spread's customer service and speaking with a real person. I phoned the number provided by giftcardgranny.com. A case for both cards was created and I was told that I would have resolution within 72 hours. My VISA (method of payment for the cards) held a refund within 24 hours. I was never told why the gift cards were unusable.

Purchased the gift card and had a gift card printout in my hand with 10 minutes. Couldn't be easier.

"Vendor said GC was fraud... And they did refund my money"
Bought fogo de chao gift cards which they at the restaurant said were invalid and refused to honor. Facebook messenger wasn't helpful but via email they did state they will refund and they did about a week out after the first email
Kudos for the refund but the fact it wasn't honored and the restaurant said they may be fraud is a problem.
