Sold this site a Best Buy gift card more than 6 weeks ago and have yet to receive payment. Told multiple times a check was to arrive (WHEN I WAS ABLE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE) despite originally being set to get a paypal payment. Never arrived, and am still getting the runaround from customer service. Avoid like the plague if you expect quick, seamless gift card transactions.

I ordered a gift card for Olive Garden, took my wife there on her birthday, was told the card was no good. I then checked the balance online (didn't think I'd need to do this after purchasing it) and saw it was $0. It was a waste of time and we ended up paying more than we planned to because the card was no good.

I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because I ordered some Einsteins Bagels cards earlier and at least the one we've tried has worked fine.
