"They Shipping expired Products"

What is wrong with this company? Sending expired velo pouches. I will contact velo and tell them this. Hope you cant sell this brand in the future.

I love the products but the time it takes to the order arrive, it’s too long. The shipping company is not great and it should have the possibility for us costumers to choose another company or an express deliver option.

2x al besteld, meer dan € 8 verzendingskosten.. 1ste maal 10 dagen moeten wachten, 2e x na 5 dagen pas bevestiging van bestelling terwijl ze de eerste keer beloofden het beter te zullen doen.. Een hoopje amateurisme.. Nieuwe site gevonden waar ze wel snel leveren zonder extra kosten.. Laatste keer voor mij op deze site....

Besteld in Belgie. Was hier zelf heel terughoudend over omdat producten vanuit Tsjechië komen. Maar algemeen toch tevreden over service! Levering is vandaag toegekomen.
Enig minpuntje: 2 weken moeten wachten op levering. Na eerste week dan ook een mailtje gestuurd naar de costumer service, heel snel en duidelijk antwoord ontvangen. 1 product was uit stock dus kon niet meteen verstuurd worden. Maar dit werd duidelijk meegegeven en heb zelfs een extra product gekregen. Top hoe ze hier dus mee omgaan.
