Horrible. Ordered 14 snus, they never came (ordered 2 month ago).they sent me a email and told me 1 snus isn't in stock and i should pick another one. I did, sent them the message. But no reply. Don't buy please. I hope i can save some people money

I wanted to update the review as today 11/14/2022 I was contacted by email from customer service who apologized for the inconvenience, refunded my order and given a gift card for the next order.
