I accepted the brass tap ware and it looks fantastic I needed to act swiftly because my husband was going to buy an inferior product. The tap was delivered promptly and the staff were very helpful. "The product was misrepresented online"

The product was misrepresented online. The plastic blue and red hot and cold water tabs (Australian requirement) were not shown in any images and when I called to inquire- I thought I had been sent a different model- I was meet with a arrogant “oh well” response and told to exchange that I would have to pay for shipping back to the Melbourne warehouse instead for simply taking it back to the Sydney store. If I had have known what it really looked like I would have chosen a different model. Disappointing!
