"Dirty product "

Product arrived to me with a crust of dirt and some sort of black gunk on it. I wrote a feedback and the response was to send it back, which was not an option because I needed the watch. So I had the straps replaced and the watch cleaned. Is fair enough to receive an item um some use marks as it is second hand, but to receive the item filthy dirty is wild.

Most likely a good few bits thay sell is stolen or bill pay.
Poor service here in ireland do not recommend stay away.
