Initially. I was extremely irritated with Javier's sales tactics but then it slid further down the rabbit hole. Javier said anything to make the sale and pushed through things at a very rapid pace. I felt a little dirty after, not unlike the day after blackout binge drinking with friends then being booted from a strangers house, commando at 7am on a Saturday, as your underwear, dignity and sunglasses have mysteriously gone MIA. He also said there would be no bills sent until a month after install. I don't have service yet, however a bill was sent to a family members house with their name on it and not to my address with my name... I simply inquired about getting my parents service. Never gave him any of their info. He did ask for their number so he could call them and I suspected, be just a pushy with them...I don't think so Javier! He also told me that install was $200.00. when I looked on the website, it's $100.00. So, 80% slower speed @ 1 quarter the cost. Xfinity boasting 1gbps and generally delivering 80mbps, so there's that I guess... Seems I may be heading down a spiral to hell. Centurylink's business offices are available only 8 to 6 Monday through Friday with the only thing running 24/7 is the pushy sales department that lies. Something is horribly wrong with this...

This is the worse company, they don’t care about their customer, they keep charging for extra service not received, won’t reimbursed, customer service agent fighting with customer back and forth. I’m cancelling this horrible company. I will not recommended to anyone... Ive called over and over again, was told a supervisor will contact me, escalated the issue, never was contacted by no one nor my issue was escalated..They are the worse of the worse.

Century-link is THE SLOWEST INTERNET ON EARTH! I can’t even watch a movie without the constant load bar, even if nothing else is on. If you’re lucky you’ll finish a show without it cutting out and making me have to restart completely and search for the movie or show I was catching all over again. and you can forget about playing video games. Customer service is terrible also they seem to have the (it’s not my job attitude) for any issue you have. and they even hang up on you and refuse to transfer you to a supervisor. I live in an area we’re Service Companies are limited and there were no other providers until recently. I am very happy to be switching after 6+ years.
