I was contacted by one of their lovely customer service people, who was very helpful. I was given a full refund of the two products I purchased which she explained must be faulty as they did not work as described.

The whole experience was quick and straight forward.

This is the first breadbin I have bought & used though I have been looking for ages. Finally I have found a breadbin which not only looks good, but which doesn't take up too much room on my worktop.
It looks smart in black on my dark worktop and also keeps the bread good for quite a few days.

"Tupperware has always been a quality product but not this time"

Tupperware has always been a quality product however the large Breadsmart bread bin is a con as they say bread lasts twice as long when in fact it lasted half as long as normal. After 3 days the bread was mouldy not just on the outside but all the way through. A big disappointment with false claims do not buy.

I always trusted the name Tupperware, but in all honesty, these bread bins,are absolutely useless. The bread didn't even stay fresh for 1 week, it went mouldy. I could've bought a cheap plastic container,instead of paying all that money. Tupperware is going against trade description act,because it doesn't do what it says in the advertisment. I wouldn't like anyone else to waste their money.
