Item I ordered and paid for was now no longer available yet on website it was still advertised. The email says I will get a refund- fine but would take up to 10 days. Far too long it should have been immediately refunded.

I was disappointed with the breadsmart junior I purchased as a fresh plain white loaf went mouldy within 3 days. Can't even return due to using it.
However, I spoke to a really nice person from customer service who went through some details and made the decision the item may have been faulty.
He generously sent another one out to me the very next day.
It's great to get a company that genuinely care about their customers, and I'd have no hesitation to purchase more items from them.
I have no problem in giving five stars for an excellent service.

"Incomplete order without notification!"
Potato and onion pantrystore:
I waited 3 weeks for delivery, rang highstreet and was told the item had just come back into stock and would be sent out very soon. 4 days later i was sent the tracking detail.
The parcel arrived and felt Very Light. They only sent the onion store, with an unneccessary extra lid! No potato store and no notification in the box to advise the order was incomplete!
Did they hope i wouldnt know?
I rang highstreet and was asked if i wanted a partial refund? NO! a full refund please. Only when i rang off did i realise i wasnt advised re the refund procedure, so i rang again to be told i have to ring back when the prepaid return label arrives and quote the returns number, then my refund will be started.
Its not the first time ive had issues around items received from this firm. They can mess up the easiest order!
Wont be dealing with them again. I hate waiting for refunds and doing returns. Im careful what i buy so i dont have to return items.
