Very easy to navigate the website and the offer on the Junior bread bin was great. I ordered a second as a gift as Tupperware offered a discount for a second purchase. I have used the bread bin to keep doughnuts and they were kept fresh for 4 days (possibly even longer) had they not been irresistible. I am keen to purchase a fresh crusty loaf / sourdough to see how that fares.

I had completed my order then I realized it showed my previous address, I e-mailed the customer services and it was sorted out very quickly, and they have adjusted the address, so my order will arrive with me shortly.

Unfortunately I received my Breadsmart Bundle with a piece had broken off the lid of the smaller item. I contacted customer service straight away and got a reply the next day saying that they are sending a replacement Breadsmart Junior which I received the next day.

Absolute top quality customer service. 10/10

When I received the replacement I noticed the difference in the packaging. The first delivery was in a very thin, flimsy cardboard box (which was damaged) with very little protection inside the box, while the replacement was well protected inside a much sturdier box.
