I measured the loaf and checked the dimensions on your website and assumed that was this inside dimensions, WRONG.
Can I suggest you amend your website and add to words, External Diamension.
I have returned the product, so the only people making money out of this is Evri.

Had to do a bit of research into bread bins as our home-baked bread was going off within 48 hours of baking! Found good reviews for the Tupperware Breadsmart so ordered it online. Delivered very promptly and after using it for a week, we're finding it really does our bread and other baked goods like croissants fresh for longer. The large Breadsmart really is large but worth every square inch!

I ordered goods from Tupperware direct and received two orders as opposed to one. This was possibly due to an error on my part, however, I returned one of the items at my own expense (costing me over £10) and requested a refund. First email asking for action sent 26/6/24, no answer, second sent 22/7/24 still no answer. Delivery was confirmed by the courier. This refund is 44.99 so not pennies. Now I am having to waste time reporting this to trading standards. Be prepared - they ignore your refund requests.

The reason I gave 3 Stars is because the stock on the website is very limited compared to the Catalog and delivery is very slow but I have been informed at every step. This Review is my honest account of my experience and does not mean Tupperware products are not worth it or of bad quality. I own Tupperware more than 25 years old and it is still used daily. It is definitely worth the price tag

This an update relating to my purchase of the large bread store.
I spoke with the manager today and explained the issue that I was having. After establishing that I was doing everything correctly he decided that I must have a faulty item 🙁. He gave me the choice of having a replacement or having a refund. I opted for the refund and there was absolutely no quibble about this. 🙌 I don’t have to return the faulty one either 😊
Whilst I was on the phone I asked if I should return the free potato saver and no, I didn’t need to do that either.
Thank you again, everything sorted easily and efficiently.
purchased the large breadstore and firstly was disappointed to learn that there is no divider with it. It only comes with the medium one which I find is quite weird.
Secondly and most importantly my fresh bread went mouldy withing 4 days. Maybe I'm doing something wrong,
I'd welcome some feedback on this otherwise I will need to return it
