Very pleased with the products I bought. The only problem was it was incomplete due to one item being out of stock. This should have been mentioned on the web site. However the response was very quickly resolved within a day in spite of it being a bank holiday weekend. I will be using the company again which is a recommendation in itself.

Ordered 2 medium fridge smart containers,order went through, later got a message saying not in stock, then received a delivery of 2 lids that's brilliant, I couldn't believe it, contacted customer support, she was ok and said she'll make sure I'm refunded and to keep the lids, so anyone need a spare lid haha. Ps the date I've entered is approximate.
I'd like to update this review by saying the matter was dealt with quickly and I was also refunded quickly.
