"Pathetic Company"
Address mentioned on the package was incorrect. The package arrived from the Netherlands and remained at Royal mail as they could not deliver the package. The package has now been sent back to their warehouse by Royal mail and the audacity of this company telling me to wait for the order to be returned to the warehouse, in order to get a refund. WHY WAIT??? I did not receive the order I don't can when an if it goes back to their warehouse. They chose the postal service when sending out the order. I have nothing to do with if the order gets back to the warehouse or not. I just want my refund now. Will never place an order from this company again.

So after my last post and your request for more info I have now received an update on my order.
So your fraud protection software flagged my order as suspicious but still took my money. You didn't tell me my order (a gift) was cancelled and 10 days later (after me chasing for an update) you tell me my payment will be released back to me shortly !! There is only one party acting suspiciously here and it's not me.

According to your site you're really fast with dispatching orders, I placed an order on Monday and as yet I've had no order confirmation, customer services were no help in locating my order telling me they'd have to pass it onto the finance team, but I also received an email saying my order was still waiting in my basket, checked nothing there I've now 2 placed orders and no idea what is going on with my orders, so far this is a really poor experience
